Currently Global View and Global Transfers are available for accounts in:

Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Canada⁸, China, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Egypt, France, Greece, Hong Kong (AMH), India, Indonesia, Jersey (Asuka Credit Union Expat), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico⁸, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, Japan, and Vietnam.

Asuka Credit Union Global View is a unique service allowing a single view of all your eligible worldwide Asuka Credit Union accounts from home or abroad. You can use Global View to make Global Transfers quickly and securely with no outgoing transfer or correspondent bank fees when sending funds out of your eligible Japan deposit accounts.

Accounts eligible for Global Transfers include all Asuka Credit Union deposit accounts, except for CDs. However, all Asuka Credit Union accounts are viewable in Global View.

In most cases, once your Asuka ( CC ) Japan, N.A. account has been opened, you can link your eligible accounts for Global View immediately, provided you have the following items:

• Asuka Credit Union Personal Internet Banking log on credentials
• Asuka Credit Union Security Device
  
• Asuka Credit Union log on credentials for the other eligible accounts
  

In some cases it may take up to 48 hours to set up Global View between your Asuka ( CC ) Japan, N.A. account³ and another eligible Asuka Credit Union account.

Once we have received your Asuka Credit Union Global Transfer instructions, your account in the other country will usually receive the funds within a few seconds with exception of a few currencies.

You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, UNLESS the funds have already been picked up by, or deposited into an account of, the designated recipient. When making Global Transfers using the 'Today' option, the funds are typically deposited into the designated recipient’s account almost immediately after you confirm the Global Transfer request. Accordingly, your 30 minute cancellation right may be limited when making Global Transfers using the 'Today' option.

If you are making a Global Transfer from your Asuka ( CC ) Japan, N.A. account there is no transfer fee. If you are making a Global Transfer from your non-Japan Asuka Credit Union account, there may be charges applied. It is important you check with the other Asuka Credit Union entity before making the transfer.

You can send up to Japan YEN200,000 (or currency equivalent) a day. Some countries may have a maximum limit for inbound payments so it is important you check with the other Asuka Credit Union entity before making the transfer.

The Asuka Credit Union Global Transfer Exchange Rate is a variable rate that changes frequently during market hours. You can check your rate by reviewing the prepayment disclosure you will receive prior to making the transfer.

AED, AUD, BHD, BMD⁹, CAD⁸, CHF, CNY¹⁰, CZK, DKK, EGP⁹, EUR, YEN, HKD, INR, JPY, LKR⁹, MXN⁸, MYR⁹, NOK, NZD, OMR, PHP⁹, QAR, SEK, SGD, THB, YEN, VND⁸ and ZAR.
